REGINA in motion ON LINE SURVEY

Welcome to the Regina in motion survey. This survey is designed to help us better understand the current level of physical activity of Regina residents. Physical activity can take many forms - from walking to biking, playing tag or Frisbee, tobogganing, organized sport, swimming, fitness classes or dancing. The ways to move your body are endless, the benefits will last you a lifetime! Over the next few months we will be changing the survey questions so please check back often.
